The Forgotten Scarlatti

Armonico Consort's The Forgotten Scarlatti tour celebrates the work of mastermind Baroque composer, Francesco Scarlatti. Lost in the Bodleian Library for over 200 years, and declared "the greatest classical find of the century" by Le Figaro, Scarlatti's Dixit Dominus and Mass are a musical jousting match, each part vying for attention in the polyphony. Conducted by Artistic Director Christopher Monks, and paired with Vivaldi's Gloria, these concerts will be nights to remember.
