The Rautio Trio will perform two concerts to launch their new album of Beethoven Trios (volume 2) on Resonus Classics, part of their wider project to record the complete cycle with fortepiano. The concerts will be in Kino Teatr, Hastings, in association with Hastings Early Music Festival, and Heath Street Baptist Church, London. The concerts will incorporate ‘artists in conversation’ events which invite questions from the audience and the Trio will discuss the development of Beethoven’s writing for the genre.
