There has never been a more pressing time for us to consider our environment. Onslaughts on the natural world continue apace, and humanity further distances itself from the planet that sustains it. Through EarthSong, we invite audiences and participants to consider their environment, and the environment we all share. We are touring a programme of Handel's German Arias alongside two specially-commissioned settings of Brockes' nature-praise poetry by Alice Beckwith. Concerts take place in St Neots, London, and Cornwall, and run alongside schools’ workshops which, through song-writing and creative movement, encourage children to explore their immediate surroundings, the environment, and our planet as a whole.
