The Brook Street Band’s love:Handel festival takes place in three historic Norwich venues. 'Travels in Time and Place' packs in seven concerts plus two talks by art expert Peter Kerber and Handelian author Jonathan Keates. Famous European musical destinations are on the itinerary, plus time travel between the 18th and 21st centuries, thanks to Nitin Sawhney's amazing 'Early Transitions' commissioned for the Brook Street Band (by the London International Festival of Early Music 2022). We welcome fabulous friends (including Robin Bigwood and singers Anna Cavaliero and David de Winter) to our festival, which aims to bring together Norwich’s supportive and vibrant musical community, providing high quality, fun and welcoming events for all ages, including free tickets for young people.
