In their new arrangement of the Ludus Danielis for four musicians, which includes both original song and translated narration, Trouvere aim to bring out the beauty of the melodies alongside the drama of the story in a format that is easy to bring to a variety of audiences. The project will also develop workshops for community choirs, online audiences, and festival-goers, and will offer involvement by these groups in elements of the performance. Trouvere: Ludus Danielis will premier at Medieval Music in the Dales 2024.
