Pocket Sinfonia will present three performances in Dorset and Somerset of a programme including Mozart's 'Jupiter' Symphony, Overture to 'The Magic Flute' and Haydn's Symphony 102 in historical transcriptions by Hummel and Clementi for fortepiano, flute, violin and cello. The concerts will also include a new transcription of Fanny Mendelssohn’s Overture in C by our fortepianist, Emil Duncumb, and a CPE Bach Quartet written a year before the composer’s death.
