Vache Baroque is thrilled to return to Buxton. Following our first revival tour last year, we are delighted to have been invited to create a new production for the 2026 festival. We will present four performances of Caccini's 'La Liberazione di Ruggiero' — the first opera composed by a woman — alongside two concerts, forming a week-long residency at the Buxton International Festival. This residency will grow our audiences by thousands while bringing world-class Baroque music to Derbyshire.
