This exciting project presents Handel's increasingly-familiar masterpiece, Brockes Passion, to a North of England audience for the first time.

Peter Seymour conducts the Yorkshire Baroque Soloists, celebrating their 50th anniversary in January 2023, and the Yorkshire Bach Choir. The performance will include soloists Bethany Seymour, Hannah Morrison, James Gilchrist, Johnny Herford, Owain Gwynfryn and many other named parts.

The performance, on Saturday 10 December, 2022 will take place at the Sir Jack Lyons Concert Hall, University of York and is part of York Early Music Christmas Festival.
