The Telling in Residence: taking early music to places that miss out

The Telling will tour 2 medieval music shows to places that miss out on early music touring:

The Telling Unchained (25-26 May) is a relaxed, unrehearsed jamming session that demystifies how we create medieval music arrangements. We expect a wider audience including from folk and world music who wouldn’t normally attend early music. See us in Folkestone & at the Red Lion Pub in Manningtree.

Into the Melting Pot (17-24 May), women’s songs and stories in 1492 Spain, touring Conwy, Bedford and SW London and drawing on new Jewish community partnerships (Cardiff Reform Synagogue, Ralli Hall Hove & JW3 London).
